Contact us and resolve an issue

For account, subscription, connection, route selection, billing, or refund issues, create a ticket in the user panel first. Your issue description, support history, and follow-up replies stay together for easier tracking.

Contact options and when to use them

Choose the channel that keeps the full context together. For orders, accounts, or connection diagnostics, a ticket is better for ongoing support.

RESPONSE PROCESS

Response process and handling order

Response times vary with the issue type, current queue, and completeness of the information provided. This page does not promise a fixed response time. After submitting a ticket, follow the status and replies shown in the user panel.

Connection issues usually require your platform, current network environment, client message, and the routes already tried. Order and billing issues require the relevant record for verification. Refund requests are handled under the 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy, with progress shared through the ticket.

What happens after you submit

  • Support staff first review your description and determine whether it concerns an account, subscription, connection, route, billing, or refund matter.
  • When the information is sufficient, support will provide next steps directly. If essential context is missing, they will request it in the original ticket.
  • If continued troubleshooting is needed, keep replying to the original ticket instead of splitting the same issue across multiple records.
  • Once the issue is resolved, the outcome and any necessary instructions will remain available on the ticket page.
BEFORE SUBMITTING

Information to prepare before submitting a ticket

The more specific your description, the easier it is to identify the issue. State what happened, where it occurred, and what you have already tried instead of writing only “it doesn’t work” or “it’s slow.”

What information is needed for connection issues?
State your platform; supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Also include the message shown by the client, the network environment when the issue occurred, the routes you tried, and whether ordinary webpages are accessible. You may attach error screenshots with sensitive information removed.
What information is needed for a failed subscription import?
Provide the client name, the step where the import stopped, and the complete error message shown on the page or in the client. Do not submit your password or full subscription URL; if the subscription needs to be checked, support will explain a secure process in the ticket.
What information is needed for an order or payment issue?
State the payment method used and the order status visible in the user panel. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Please hide sensitive information unrelated to the issue when submitting materials.
How do I request a refund?
Open the Ticket Center in the user panel, select the relevant order, and describe your refund request. This service provides a 14-day no-questions-asked refund, with the request status and outcome updated through the ticket.
Can I submit a ticket without an email address?
Yes. Registration requires no email address; a username and password are enough. After signing in to the user panel, you can open the Ticket Center and submit your issue directly.
