Monthly subscriptions and data packs follow different billing rules, while device coverage, route availability and access to the user panel remain the same.
One subscription works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Multiple devices can connect at the same time, with their data pooled under the current monthly subscription or data pack. To control usage, pause connections on idle devices and check background sync tasks.
Switch routes based on the destination, local network and use case. The coverage count describes the available selection, not identical performance from every route at all times. If speed changes, try another route in the same region first, then check your local network.
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. The client and subscription entry points are provided through the user panel; after activation, open the download page for your platform. Static installers and subscription URLs are not provided on the marketing page.
For Streaming, start with a route matching the content region and pause sync tasks that may continuously use data. Platform region policies can change, so rely on the actual connection result; if an issue occurs, try another route in the same region.
For billing, order, connection or subscription import issues, submit a ticket in the user panel. Include the platform, selected route, steps that caused the issue and any error message so the problem can be assessed; avoid sending only a brief, unreproducible description.
Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, then use the user panel to choose a plan, pay, get the client and review orders. Losing your account details may affect future management, so keep your username recorded.

PAYMENT FLOW
ZJVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. In the user panel, verify the plan name, data allowance, billing model and price before selecting a payment method available at checkout. After payment, return to the user panel to review the order and subscription status; payment details are not requested on the marketing page.
Monthly subscribers should pay close attention to the activation date because data resets monthly on that date. Data pack users should confirm the selected total allowance and understand that it remains available until used and never expires. If you plan to use multiple devices, remember that their data usage is pooled.
When an order status or activation result needs checking, submit the details through the user panel ticket access. Include the plan name shown on the order page, payment method and issue details. Do not send payment credentials or account passwords on public pages.
Choose the corresponding method at checkout and complete payment as instructed on the page.
After confirming the plan and price, enter the corresponding payment flow from checkout.
Follow the information shown at checkout, then return to the panel to verify the order.
REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, first sign in to the user panel and review the relevant order, then submit the request and order verification details through a ticket. Do not create multiple tickets for the same request, as this can scatter order information. Track the refund result and payment status in the user panel.
The plan page states only the 14-day refund policy. Eligibility, account handling and other terms are governed by the formal Terms of Use. Before activation, compare monthly subscriptions with data packs so monthly resets are not confused with never-expiring data.
