These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by ZJVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. If users disagree with any part, they should stop using the service.

Service Content and Scope

ZJVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve the connection path between user devices and international routes, but actual performance may be affected by the local network, target service, device configuration, and route status.

Subscriptions include monthly plans and data packages. Monthly-plan data resets each month on the activation date, and when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected type, data allowance, and applicable method before placing an order. The route range shown on the service page may change due to maintenance, network adjustments, or resource changes. The routes actually available in the account panel take precedence.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscriptions, orders, and connection activity occurring within their accounts. If login details may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the account panel.

The service does not limit the number of devices online at the same time, but each account and subscription is intended for the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Publicly sharing accounts, selling or reselling subscriptions, splitting data for profit, or providing the service to unspecified third parties in any other way is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for account anomalies, data usage, or configuration exposure caused by shared login details.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using ZJVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, as well as the service rules of the target website or application. Users must not use the service to infringe on the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, send abusive content, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users must not conduct destructive testing of service routes, clients, configuration data, or account systems, or attempt to bypass normal account permissions, subscription status, or billing processes. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their conduct. ZJVPN may impose route restrictions, suspend accounts, or terminate services when necessary.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections depend on local networks, carrier links, device systems, target platforms, and other external infrastructure. Route maintenance, network congestion, regional routing changes, system updates, or adjustments by third-party services may cause changes in connection speed, temporary interruptions, or partial feature unavailability. ZJVPN maintains the service according to actual conditions but does not promise that a particular route will always be available, that a particular target service will remain continuously accessible, or that connection speed will remain fixed.

Users should decide for themselves whether the service suits a specific purpose and should retain important materials and necessary configurations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by external network failures, user device issues, incorrect configuration, changes to third-party platforms, or events beyond reasonable control are outside the service's liability. Any determination of liability will be based on applicable law and the actual order relationship.

Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with service operations, consumes resources abnormally, conducts unlawful activities, or refuses to stop clearly abusive conduct, ZJVPN may restrict related connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the severity of the impact. Whether advance notice can be provided depends on the urgency of the risk and service security requirements.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Once a subscription expires, data is exhausted, or an account is lawfully terminated, the corresponding connection permissions will end. Account termination does not affect order records created before termination, responsibility for dispute handling, or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without a stated reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the account panel so that the account, order, and payment records can be verified. Refund processing is based on the original order and actual payment information, and users must provide the order details required for verification.

ZJVPN may update these terms due to changes in service scope, legal requirements, payment rules, or operational arrangements. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users disagree with the changes, they should stop using the service and submit a request as described above within the applicable refund period.
