Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains the data involved when ZJVPN provides subscription services, maintains accounts and handles website requests, including how data is used, retained and managed by users.
ZJVPN processes data only as needed to provide its services. Analytics for the marketing website and transmission activity within the network acceleration service are separate processing contexts; the former helps assess page performance, while the latter follows the no-logs principles below.
Collection Scope and Purposes
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The system processes the username, a secure password digest, account status and subscription status for authentication, account access, plan delivery and security management. ZJVPN does not require an email address and therefore does not collect one as registration information.
Subscriptions and payments generate order records, including the selected plan, order amount, payment channel, payment status, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payments, activate services, process refunds, reconcile accounts and resolve order disputes. The system also records account traffic usage to apply monthly subscription resets or traffic package deductions.
When a user submits a ticket, the system processes the ticket content, attachments, reply history and related account information. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.
No Logs and Network Connection Data
ZJVPN does not record which websites users access through the service. It does not retain destination domains, DNS queries, page content or transmission content, nor does it create a history that can be used to reconstruct personal browsing activity. Service nodes do not retain connection logs associated with usernames.
To verify identity, calculate traffic usage and maintain the current connection, the system must process account validity, current connection status and traffic increments during a session. This operational data is used to deliver the current session and is not retained as browsing or connection history after the session ends. Aggregate traffic usage in an account is used only for plan metering and does not include destinations or transmission content.
When the system detects an unusual request that affects service operation, it may create a necessary security event record to troubleshoot issues, limit abuse and protect accounts. These records are not used to analyze users' access content and are deleted or de-identified to the necessary extent after security handling is complete.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences and necessary security state. These data are used to keep users signed in, restore page settings and complete actions initiated by users. After necessary storage is disabled, login status and some account functions may not work properly.
The marketing website may collect analytics such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, request time and error information. This helps determine whether pages load correctly, improve content structure and locate technical faults. Analytics are processed separately from access content in the network acceleration service and are not used to create personal browsing records.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to sign in again, and language or interface preferences may return to their default state.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
ZJVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the payment channel selected by the user or the corresponding settlement network, whose privacy rules are established independently by that third party. Payment credentials submitted to a payment channel are handled by that channel; ZJVPN receives the transaction result, order identifier, amount and payment status needed to complete the order.
To confirm payments, reconcile refunds or handle transaction disputes, necessary order information may be transferred between ZJVPN and the relevant payment channel. ZJVPN does not use payment data for purposes unrelated to order fulfillment. Before using a third-party payment service, users should read the privacy notice and service rules provided by that channel.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information and subscription status are generally retained while the account remains active. Order, refund and accounting records are kept for the period needed to fulfill transactions, handle disputes and comply with applicable rules; after the necessary period ends, the data are deleted or de-identified. Ticket records are retained for as long as needed to handle the issue and complete subsequent checks.
Users can request deletion of their account and related personal data through the ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent someone else from acting on the account, ZJVPN first verifies account control. Orders, refunds or disputes still in progress may need to be completed first; records that must be retained by law or for accounting reconciliation are deleted after the applicable retention obligation ends.
Deleting an account does not change the objective status of completed transactions. De-identified aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked to a specific account may continue to be used to analyze service operation.
Policy Updates and User Choices
ZJVPN may update this policy when service features, data processing methods or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes involving data purposes or user rights will be explained through the website or a notification in the user panel.
Users should review the policy version in effect before continuing to use the service. If questions arise about data processing, account deletion or order records, users can submit a ticket through the user panel. Since an email address is not required for registration, related requests and their outcomes are recorded in the account's ticket history.
